Dr. Oscar Macchioni, a concert pianist and Steinway Artist, has had a distinguished tenure as a university piano professor. With an exceptional career spanning over two decades at the University of Texas at El Paso, he earned the prestigious UT Regents' Outstanding Teaching Award and was honored with induction into the UTEP Academy of Distinguished Teachers. His expertise led to his recruitment by the University of North Texas, where he currently serves as an Associate Professor of Piano Pedagogy since 2023.
